How far in advance should I order?

For custom cakes and desserts, we recommend placing your order at least 2–3 weeks in advance. For large events or weddings, 4–6 weeks is best to secure your date. Rush orders may be possible depending on availability.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We currently offer local delivery within the DMV area for an additional fee based on distance. Pickup is also available from our home bakery in [your city or area name here].

Do you offer shipping?

Yes, we offer shipping options for some products within the US.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Zelle, Venmo, cash, and debit/credit payments. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order, with the remaining balance due before pickup or delivery.

Can you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?

While we offer options such as eggless, vegan, and gluten-friendly items upon request, please note that all products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, and wheat. We take every precaution but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment

Do you make wedding or event dessert tables?

Absolutely! We specialize in custom dessert tables, including mini cakes, tarts, cake pops, cookies, and more. You can request a curated dessert package that fits your theme and guest count.

How should I store my cake or desserts?

Cakes should be kept refrigerated until 1–2 hours before serving for the best texture. Cupcakes and cookies can be stored at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 2–3 days.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your date and cover ingredients and prep time. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 5 days in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date.

Do you collaborate with local businesses or coffee shops?

We love collaborating! If you’re a local café, event planner, or small business interested in featuring WhoBakeShe desserts, please reach out through our collaborations form or email us directly.

What should I know about handling my order after pick up or delivery?

Once your order has been picked up or delivered, responsibility for the product transfers to you. WhoBakeShe cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs after the order leaves our possession, including during transport, setup, or storage. Please handle all desserts with care and follow the provided storage guidelines to maintain quality.

What is the average cost for custom cakes?

As each cake is custom and has its own unique twist, there is no average cost. Please visit my pricing page for starting cake prices. Kindly note that the final cost will vary depending on the design, florals, cake toppers, and other decorative elements.
